Why we love Strategy Days at Spirohealth
One of our favourite days at Spirohealth is our ‘Strategy Day’. It’s not just another meeting—it’s a day where our whole team gets together to brainstorm, connect, and make sure we’re all on the same page about where we’re headed.
We may start the day with team-building activities. These aren’t just fun games; they help us get to know each other better and work together more smoothly. Building that trust and understanding makes it easier to collaborate when we’re tackling big projects.
What I love most is how open everyone is to sharing new ideas. On Strategy Day, there’s no such thing as a bad idea. We encourage everyone to speak up and suggest anything that could help the company move forward. Whether it’s a small tweak or a big, bold concept, it all goes on the table. Some ideas stick, some don’t—but the process of sharing keeps us innovative and forward-thinking.
We also take time to give and receive feedback. This is where things get real, but in a good way. We discuss what’s working and what could be improved, with a focus on helping each other grow. Having that open line of communication makes our team stronger and keeps us improving.
The best part of Strategy Day is the honest discussions. We talk openly about challenges, celebrate successes, and decide together on the best path forward. By the end of the day, we’re all aligned, motivated, and clear about our next steps.
For me, Strategy Day is more than just planning—it’s about building a strong team, fostering creativity, and making sure we’re all working toward the same goals. It’s a day that leaves us energized and excited for the future.
