Focussing on the new year 2025
As the New Year approaches, I have found myself thinking about what truly matters in my life. This New Year, my focus will revolve around the people and priorities that bring joy, meaning and love into my world. It’s about embracing positivity and letting go of the weight that holds me back.
First and foremost, I mean to dedicate more time to my family and friends – the people who really matter. These relationships are the cornerstone of my happiness, offering support, laughter, loyalty and love. In the coming year I’m going to invest in these bonds, make time for meaningful conversations, shared experiences and the small moments that often mean the most.
On the flip side I’ll also be letting go – as I get older I realise that not everyone in my life contributes positively to my journey. Some relationships bring unnecessary anxiety and a certain amount of anger, and holding onto them does me more harm than good. For the coming year I’m going myself permission to release these connections. Letting go isn’t about bitterness, it’s about recognising what no longer serves me and making space for what does. Here here to the new year and feeling lighter and watering my grass where I am.
For 2025 my goal is balance: cherishing those people who enrich my life, releasing what doesn’t and making space for emotional clarity and peace. It’s a journey I’m eager to embrace with an open heart and fresh perspective.
