Bria’s Guilt free snack for your sweet tooth

I hold my hands up. I have a sweet tooth! I try to eat a balanced diet so my cravings are definitely under control but every now and then, I cannot fight the urge for a sweet dessert or breakfast.

When I was introduced to these quick and easy pancakes that would apparently satisfy my cravings and be nice to my waistline. I was very dubious as to their ability to hit my sweet spot, however they are amazing! They even have the seal of approval from my 3 year old daughter! Here is the recipe if you like me want a guilt free snack!

READY IN: 10 minutes

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 banana (ripe)
cooking spray, for pan
Mash ripe banana well, add in whisk eggs.
Warm non stick or cast iron pan to medium, spray with oil. Cook pancakes 30 seconds on each side and serve.

Me and my daughter love putting honey or peanut butter on our pancakes and they always go down a treat!
