The Keto reset diet

I used the D word DIET. I have been trailing a few different ways of eating to boost my energy levels at Spirohealth and shift some stubborn stomach fat. I thought I would share a recipe from the Keto reset diet by Mark Sisson that I enjoy, it is a great lunch option that can be prepared and reheated.

One-Pan shrimp and Asparagus

  • What you will you need:
  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil
  • Butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Asparagus
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Shrimp- peeled and deveined
  • Lemon
  • Shredded parmesan cheese

A one pan meal, put oil, butter and garlic in the oven for three minutes.
Place asparagus on a baking sheet, spoon the garlic butter over the top and toss. Sprinkle salt & pepper.
Add the shrimp. Pour garlic butter on shrimp and toss..squeeze lemon juice over them.
Sprinkle parmesan over the asparagus and warm for 8 minutes
